Last updated: August 2026
Site: csrsolutions.fr
Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of use (hereafter "GTCU") define the terms of access to and use of the website csrsolutions.fr (hereafter "the Site"), published by CSR-Solutions (hereafter "the Publisher"), whose full contact details are in the Legal notice.
These GTCU apply to any user of the Site (hereafter "the User"), whether a simple visitor or someone making a quote request. They are distinct from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which specifically govern the moving, clearance, storage and cleaning services ordered from the Publisher.
Any connection to and use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCU. If the User does not accept these conditions, they are invited not to use the Site.
Article 2 — Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible, anywhere, to any User with internet access. All costs required to access the Site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne solely by the User.
The Publisher makes every effort to ensure continuous access to the Site, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended, limited or interrupted at any time, particularly for maintenance, updates, or force majeure, without notice or compensation.
Article 3 — Site content
The Site is intended to present the services offered by CSR-Solutions (moving, clearance, storage, end-of-lease and post-disaster cleaning), to allow Users to request a quote and to provide information about the company.
The information, descriptions and any indicative prices on the Site are purely informative and do not constitute a firm contractual offer. Only a quote signed by both parties contractually binds the Publisher and the Client, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Publisher endeavours to keep the Site's information up to date and accurate, but cannot guarantee the total absence of errors or omissions.
Article 4 — Forms and quote requests
The Site may offer one or more forms allowing the User to request a quote or contact the Publisher.
The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when filling out these forms. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of erroneous or incomplete information transmitted by the User.
Sending a quote request form does not constitute an order or a contractual commitment; this occurs only on signature of a quote, in accordance with article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
All elements making up the Site (texts, images, photographs, logos, graphics, icons, structure, tree structure, graphic charter) are the exclusive property of CSR-Solutions or its partners, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification or exploitation of all or part of the Site, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited, except for strictly personal and private use in compliance with legal provisions.
Article 6 — User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its purpose and the law. They are in particular prohibited from:
- harming the proper functioning of the Site, by any means (introducing viruses, intrusion attempts, saturation, etc.);
- collecting, without authorisation, data about other users of the Site;
- using the Site for fraudulent, unlawful or contrary-to-good-morals purposes;
- transmitting via the Site's forms any defamatory, insulting content or content infringing the rights of third parties.
Any breach of these obligations may entail the civil and/or criminal liability of the User.
Article 7 — Hypertext links
The Site may contain hypertext links to third-party websites. The Publisher has no control over these sites and declines any responsibility for their content, availability, or the practices applied there, particularly regarding data protection.
Creating hypertext links to the Site from a third-party site is subject to the Publisher's prior written authorisation.
Article 8 — Limitation of liability
The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from:
- using or the impossibility of using the Site;
- an interruption, suspension or malfunction of the Site;
- a malicious third-party intrusion causing an alteration of the information published on the Site;
- any damage resulting from a computer virus transmitted via the Site, despite the precautions taken by the Publisher.
Article 9 — Personal data and cookies
Personal data collected via the Site (in particular via the contact and quote request forms, and through cookies) is processed in accordance with the Publisher's Privacy Policy, available on the Site and compliant with the GDPR.
Article 10 — Amendment of the GTCU
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these GTCU at any time, in particular to adapt them to any change in the Site, its features, or the applicable legislation. The applicable version is the one in force when the User consults the Site.
Article 11 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTCU are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, in compliance with the rules of common-law jurisdiction and the mandatory consumer-protective provisions, in particular article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code.
Article 12 — Contact
For any question regarding these GTCU, the User may contact the Publisher at the details given in the Site's Legal notice.
