Depending on your use of the site, we may collect the following categories of data:

- Request-related data: description of the property or place concerned, type of service wanted (moving, clearance, storage, cleaning), inventory, any photos sent, information provided during a technical visit.

4. Data recipients

- technical providers (site hosting, invoicing tools, banks), in the course of their mission, acting as subcontractors within the meaning of the GDPR;
- competent authorities, if required by law.
No data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision), where applicable.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept:
- for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal accounting and tax retention periods (10 years for accounting documents, under the Commercial Code);
- data related to a quote not followed up is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless early deletion is requested;
- browsing data (cookies) is kept for the periods indicated in section 7 (13 months maximum for audience-measurement cookies, per CNIL recommendations).
